Shipping Information

Order Handling:
We aim to process and pack all confirmed orders within 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Estimates:

  • For most cities and towns, orders are usually delivered within 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.

  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 7 to 15 working days, depending on local logistics.

  • If we are unable to deliver to your address, our team will contact you immediately with available alternatives.

Delivery Hours:
Shipments are delivered between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Receiving Orders:
We recommend that someone be present at the delivery location to receive and sign for the package. If you're unavailable, a trusted person (such as a relative, neighbor, or colleague) may receive it on your behalf.
However, Bazaarshop will not be held responsible for parcels accepted by someone else at your delivery address.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We currently do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid using the available payment options on our website. Any changes to this will be announced on our platform.

Return & Refund Guidelines

We work hard to provide top-quality products and service. If you have an issue with your order, please read our return and refund guidelines:

Non-Returnable Items:
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original packaging and condition.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Wrong:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask for photos or videos to verify the issue and provide a quick resolution.

Resolution Options:

  • If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement item.

  • If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s).

Refund Timeline:
Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
